Vertex Swap Bot integrates with ChangeNOW, a third-party service, to provide cryptocurrency exchange functionalities directly within the Telegram platform. This service includes but is not limited to swapping cryptocurrencies without the need for an external website visit.

3. License to Use

Vertex Swap Bot grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use this service for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.

4. Third-Party Service

The bot uses ChangeNOW for its exchange capabilities. By using Vertex Swap Bot, you also agree to comply with ChangeNOW's Terms of Use. Any data processed or collected through this integration is subject to the privacy policies of ChangeNOW.

5. Prohibited Activities

• Malicious Swapping: You are explicitly prohibited from engaging in or attempting any form of malicious swapping, including but not limited to, attempting to exploit vulnerabilities in the system or engaging in fraudulent transactions.
• Circumvention of Governing Authorities: The use of Vertex Swap Bot to avoid or bypass any legal or regulatory requirements, including those related to cryptocurrency transactions, is strictly forbidden. Users must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.

6. User Responsibilities

You must use Vertex Swap Bot in compliance with all applicable laws, including those governing financial transactions, anti-money laundering (AML), and know-your-customer (KYC) requirements.

You agree not to misuse the service by attempting to reverse engineer, disassemble, or create derivative works from the bot's code or functionality.
